What is Organisation Development​​

At its heart, Organisation Development (OD) aims to improve how individuals and teams work, which ultimately impacts the whole organisation.  OD isn't an easy thing to describe - it stems from behaviour and organisation change theories. At its core is a set of values that aim to improve the health and effectiveness of organisations and the people that work within them. ​
